We are Josh & Masey Kalalau.
We own and operate the newly rebranded Kalalau's Kitchen Food Trailer & Private Catering company, serving up authentic island food.
In 2016, we reopened what was previously known as Island Style Catering, focusing on private catering events. This business was originally started by the OG Chef, Josh's dad, who was born and raised in Maui. He has passed down traditional island recipes that we love to serve to you. We are known for combining our good food with feel good vibes.
With the upcoming opening of the food trailer, we decided we wanted to rebrand to something more inclusive to our business, we are now operating as Kalalau's Kitchen and we can't wait share with you what's cookin' in our kitchen.

We truly want you to taste our passion in our food. We are more than just small business owners, we are a husband-wife duo that loves doing this together. We cook with love and measure seasonings with our hearts. We want to be remembered for our big smiles, our service, doing what we say we're going to do, and our crafted recipes that have been handed down from generations before us.
